Real Estate Experience:Originally licensed in 1996, Dana has 20+ years as a Real Estate Professional. She is a licensed Principal Broker in the State Of Oregon which is a designation achieved by years of experience, production requirements, additional education hours & testing. She is also an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) & also the At Home With Diversity (AHWD) designation. Dana has multiple years of Coldwell Banker International Awards including Diamond & Sterling putting her amongst the top Brokers internationally.  She is sensitive to her client's needs and knows the markets she works in extremely well. 

Education: Bachelor of Science - Industrial ManagementAssociate of Science - Software Engineering TechnologyPrevious Business Experience:Prior to starting her own business as a Real Estate Broker, Dana spent many years as Director of Purchasing & Inventory Control for a $50M+/yr company. She also spent several years as a Search Consultant working in the hi-tech and energy sectors for the largest executive search firm in the world & she was a purchasing agent for a major printer manufacturer. Her education and work experience provide tools necessary to fully support her clients with excellent negotiating and communication skills. Dana's in-depth understanding of technology also provides noticeable search & marketing advantages. Personal:Dana is an Oregon native and has called Bend home since 1998. She & her husband Terry are raising two beautiful children. They enjoy boating, skiing, golfing, fly fishing, road and mntn biking, hiking, backpacking, camping & traveling.
